The Operator respects the privacy of users of the Valeria Kheifets website and is committed to protecting the personal information provided to her. - Information you provide voluntarily: when filling in the contact form or sending an "order", the details you provide are collected — such as name, phone number, email address and the message content or the products you selected.
- Information stored on your device: the order cart is stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage) for your convenience. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us automatically.
- The Website requires no registration and maintains no user accounts. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, and medical or other sensitive information should not be submitted through the Website.
3. How the information is used
The information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, coordinate a treatment or order and provide the requested service. It will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
4. Provision of information is voluntary
You are under no legal obligation to provide information; however, without basic contact details we will be unable to get back to you or provide the requested service.
5. Sharing information with third parties
An inquiry or order sent from the Website is forwarded to the Operator via the WhatsApp application (operated by Meta). The transfer and storage of the information are also subject to that company's privacy policy.
The Website is hosted by a hosting and content delivery network (CDN) provider, which may process basic technical server data (such as an IP address) for security and operational purposes.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Information may be disclosed only if required by law or a judicial order.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not run analytics tools for marketing purposes. Local storage (localStorage) is used for functional purposes only — keeping your order cart on your device.
Third-party embedded components (such as social networks or a reviews system) may use their own cookies, in accordance with those parties' policies.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information provided to us. However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access and cannot bear absolute liability for it.

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you are entitled to review the information held about you, request its correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, and request its deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in this policy.
10. Minors
The Website is not intended for children under the age of 18. If you are under this age, please do not provide personal information without the consent of the person responsible for you.

The Operator may update this policy from time to time. The updated text will be published on the Website and take effect upon publication.
